Annual Conference, “You are the Expert” (YATE) Transformed!

Since 2000, PAVE has offered an annual conference entitled “You are the Expert” (YATE). It has held its shape all these years as a one-day to a day and half conference located in either Eastern or Western Washington . The more traditional structure includes a keynote speaker and break-out sessions.

In response to the economic challenges and time constraints facing families in Washington State , PAVE has modified the conference structure to make it affordable while still offering important information, quality speakers and the chance to network. Instead of the day and/or day and half all in one location PAVE is partnering with e-learning institutes to schedule speakers for free or very reduced costs and record the presentation for on-demand viewing after the date. We hope to have a full, traditional conference one date at a time over the course of the next year.

Roberto Rivera is the 2010-2011 YATE Keynote Speaker
